DELIVERIES

All stock items ordered by 16.00 Mon-Fri will be dispatched for next working day delivery to any UK mainland address. (Upgrade to pre-noon delivery is available only in some areas – please contact us for more information).

Please note that, due to new customs clearance processes, orders being shipped to Northern Ireland may take up to 3-4 days to arrive.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We’re committed to selling high-quality, high-performance products that won’t let you down.

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you are entitled to return or exchange the goods by notifying us within 14 days and returning the goods to us within 14 days thereafter, providing the goods have not been used in any way, and are in the same good condition in which they were received, with their original packing and proof of purchase, then you can choose to receive either a credit to your account (if applicable) or a refund payment (credit or refund less a 10% handling charge).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is deemed faulty or damaged, please contact us on 01738 444606 or email sales@diatechuk.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a collection.
